Planning a holiday trip in South of England

“Travel more, live more.”

South of England – a different holiday. Not just London, shopping, rain and wind. I know that many people are going in England because they want to visit London and the attractions from there, but you should visit the South England because there are a lot of amazing stuff, amazing museums, national park and areas where you can stay near by the beach. You can order free visitor guides from Catalink for many of these destinations.

If you want to go in a vacation, here is what you should know before to start packing:

You should visit first Portsmouth city because is between two national parks; the first one is New Forest National Park (the park has an area of 571 square kilometers) and the second one is South Downs National Park (South Downs National Park is the newest national park in England, has an area of 1627 square kilometers. After that you must visit Southampton city, big beautiful city, it’s not far, the distance between Portsmouth and Southampton is just 37 kilometers. You drive almost one hour, without traffic. When you arrive there just go to the Central Library, there you can find many good books, stuff for painting, good and old albums at excellent prices. Then start exploring the area. Go the museums, eat at restaurants, do a lot of pictures.

If you want just to be in a relaxing holiday, without walking too much, I can recommend you Brighton city. Is near by the beach and you can relax there all day long. Located on the North Sea shore, passing through the Channel to the Atlantic Ocean. deserves all our attention and interest in tourism. Here is the place where you find one of the most famous pontoons, called “Brighton Pier”. The resistance piece on this pontoon is the view from the sea to the coast. an image that you can’t forget so easily. So put this location in your planning notes.

If you are architecture lover, then you must visit Eastbourne city. The city is embraced by buildings with impressive Victorian architecture and only walking through the city center can create the atmosphere of a journey in time. Eastbourne is also a perfect holiday destination in the UK due to the large number of sunny days, compared to other regions. You can visit museums, gardens and admire breathtaking landscapes. Besides the beach of about 6 km and a half, there are two swimming pools, three fitness centers and a sports club where you can try scuba diving. Awesome, right?

In each city you should take the buss or the train. You can ask people on the streets for more attractions or you can discover yourself new places. It is up to you. It’s not easy to plan a vacation, but take notes, search on google, learn about the community, eat local food, drink with local people, search for tiny streets (the best ones) and do many more.
